Remembering Love

01-Mar-2005

Greetings Wedding Goddess!

Thank you for joining us for weekly inspiration to help reduce stress and increase bliss as you plan and prepare for your very special day.

This week, we are remembering Love.

In the craziness of planning a wedding, we sometimes forget that Love is the true ruling power of our lives. Caterers, invitations, the perfect dress and fabulous shoes are all important parts of the journey to the altar. But the most important thing is Love.

It is important to remember how blessed you are to have someone who loves you so much … and how blessed you are to have someone to love.

You are getting married because you have found your perfect partner. Rejoice!

Every day, as you tackle the wedding planning tasks at hand, take a conscious moment to feel the love in your heart … and take a moment to express your love to the person you will marry.

Connect with your beloved in a “wedding-free” zone – that means when it’s just you two (not you two engaged in talking about the wedding). Share a look, a kiss, a loving embrace. Say, “I love you.” Remember why you are getting married in the first place; reconnect with why you chose each other! Have a moment between you, at least once a day … no matter how busy, how tired or how much you are tempted to discuss wedding plans.

Just “be there” in a state of Love… together. It is such a nice place to visit.

A bride is considered magical because she is touched by Love, and she is considered a harbinger of Love. She represents the positive future, the dream so many of us aspire to. Live the magic of this time. It is such a blessing!
